摘　　要：从介绍创新型小微企业界定及其特点入手,分析了新形势下创新型小微企业发展现状,分别从企业自身发展、国内市场环境及政府政策等方面对创新型小微企业发展中的问题及原因进行剖析,探讨了创新型小微企业发展对策措施,为企业快速发展提供了有效的支持。Starting from introducing the definition and characteristics of the innovative small-micro enter- prises, the article analyses their development problems under the new situation. Then it explores reasons from the aspects of self-development of the enterprises, the domestic market conditions and the government＇s policies, etc.. It also discusses the development countermeasures, which offers an effective support for rapid development of the enterprises.
