甲醛浓度智能检测仪的设计

摘　　要：甲醛是目前室内空气中的首要污染物,被称为人类健康的隐形杀手,如何快速高效地检测甲醛浓度就显得尤为重要,因而设计出一款快速、准确,简便测量甲醛浓度的智能检测仪。设计的电路包括定时检测、显示、报警和语音播报模块等,甲醛传感器对甲醛浓度信号进行定时检测之后通过A/D转换电路送往单片机进行数据处理,然后由LCD显示甲醛浓度值并进行语音播报,当浓度超过上限值时发出警报。该检测仪具有功耗较低、精度较高、携带方便等特点。Formaldehyde is the one of the primary pollutants of the indoor air,which is called the stealth killer of human health. How to quickly and efficiently detect the concentration of formaldehyde is particularly important in our daily life. So the intelligent measuring formaldehyde detector which can quickly detect the concentration of formaldehyde is designed. The circuit includes time detection,display and voice alarm module,etc. The formaldehyde concentration which detected by formaldehyde sensor is sent to micro controller for data processing after the AD transformer,finally by the LCD formaldehyde density is displayed and alarmed when the concentration exceeds the upper limit. The advantages of this detector is low power consumption,high precision,and easy to carry,etc.
