摘　　要：信息服务外包产业是智力密集型的服务产业,具有高技术、高附加值、低能耗、低污染的特点,信息服务外包产业的快速发展引发了大量的人才需求。然而,目前我国高校软件专业的人才培养与社会需求脱节,一方面毕业生就业难,另一方面外包企业的人才需求又无法满足。分析我国应用型本科院校软件与信息服务外包人才培养中存在的问题,提出以下对策:深化校企合作层次,强化师资队伍建设,推动服务外包相关专业资源建设,加强社会服务能力建设。Information service outsourcing industry is a knowledge- intensive service industry,with the characteristics of high technology,high added value,low energy consumption and low pollution. The rapid development of information service outsourcing industry caused a lot of talent demand. However,there is the disconnection between the talent training of software professionals in China's colleges and universities and social demand at present. On one hand,it leads to problems on graduates employment. On the other hand,the talent demand in outsourcing enterprises can't meet enough supply. Through analysing the problems existing in the talent training of software and information service outsourcing in China's application- oriented colleges and universities,this article proposes the following countermeasures: deepen the cooperation between colleges,strengthen the construction of the teacher troop,promote the construction of service outsourcing related resources and strengthen the construction of social service ability.
