破解企业核心能力悖论:以企业家精神导向和市场导向的视角

摘　　要：随着我国经济结构转型,市场环境的剧烈变化,固守原有核心能力的企业容易形成核心刚度,最终面临被淘汰的厄运。基于此,文章以中国中小型信息技术企业作为研究对象,以核心能力理论为基础,试图通过探寻企业家精神导向和市场导向的调节作用来破解转型经济体中核心能力悖论。研究结果表明,首先,核心能力悖论是中小型信息技术企业中普遍存在的现象;其次,企业家精神导向对核心刚度的软化作用并不明显,同时它对核心能力向核心刚度转化的缓解作用亦不明显;最后,市场导向既能起到软化企业核心刚度的作用,同时又能引导企业缓解核心能力对核心刚度的强化作用。研究的结论对于进一步破解转型经济体中核心能力悖论,实现经济结构成功转型具有非常重要的意义。With the transformation of economic structure and the dramatic changes of market environment in China, the firms, which defend tenaciously their original core competencies, are easy to fdrm core rigidity, and will eventually be elimi- nated by market. Based on this, this paper, taking small and medium-sized information iechnology firms as the research ob- ject, and the theory of core competence as the research foundation, aims to explore the moderating effect of entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation to decipher the paradox of core competence in the transitional economies. The study results show that： Firstly, the paradox of core competence is a widespread phenomenon in small and medium-sized information tech- nology firms ; Secondly, the mollifying effect of entrepreneurship orientation on core rigidity is not significant, moreover, the alleviating effect of entrepreneurship orientation on transforming core competence into core rigidity is also not significant ; Fi- nally, market orientation has not only the mollifying effect on core rigidity, but also the alleviating effect on transforming core competence into core rigidity. The study conclusions are vital to further decipher the paradox of core competence in the transi- tional economies, and achieve the successful transformation of economic structure.
