摘　　要：目的研究WDR1在便秘型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome with constipation,IBS-C)患者结肠黏膜的表达情况,探讨肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)发病的新机制,为未来研究提供新的思路。方法应用Western blotting和免疫组织化学(IHC)等方法,观察WDR1在IBS-C患者结肠黏膜的表达情况。结果 WDR1在IBS-C组乙状结肠表达量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 WDR1的表达异常提示IBS-C结肠黏膜可能存在黏膜细胞的骨架、结构完整性或细胞形态与运动的异常。结肠不同部位IBS发病的分子机制可能并不相同。Objective To investigate the expression of WD repeat-containing protein 1（ WDR1） in colonic mucosa of the irritable bowel syndrome with constipation（ IBS-C）,and to provide new clues to further research on the mechisms of irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）. Methods The expression of WDR1 in colonic mucosa of the IBS-C was detected by Western blotting and immunohistochemical（ IHC）. Results WDR1 was higher in sigmoid colon of IBS-C than that in the control group,there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of WDR1 may influence colonic cystoskeleton,cellularity,cellular morphology and cellular movement. The different parts of the colon may have different pathogenesis of IBS.
