摘　　要：主要从"引领地方经济发展,适应产业结构调整""就业为导向,能力为本位,注重职业规划""重构课程体系""工学结合、校企合作是模式改革的主线"等几个方面,对机电一体化专业人才培养模式进行改革与实践,收效显著。This article mainly carries on the reform and the practice from following several aspects to the talent training mode of the electromechanical specialty： leading the development of local economic; adapting the adjustment of industrial structure; employment as guide; ability as standard; paying attention to professional planning; reconstruct curriculum system; combining learning with working; cooperation between school and enterprise.
