磁性附着体在全口义齿修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨磁性附着体在全口义齿修复中的临床应用。方法选择我科收治的牙列缺失患者56例,采用磁性附着体进行义齿修复。观察患者使用磁性附着体前后义齿固位力和咀嚼效率情况,并且对磁性附着体应用3年后不良反应情况进行比较和分析。结果应用磁性附着体后,义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率与治疗前比较均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,随访发现基牙龈缘炎发生率较高。结论磁性附着体可以提高患者义齿的固位力和咀嚼能力,对义齿的修复有着重要的临床意义,值得在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of magnetic attachment in complete denture. Methods Twenty two cases of removable dentures with magnetic attachments were selected in our stomatology department, the retention force and chewing efficiency before and after applied Magnetic attachment as well as 3 years follow up after the application of magnetic attachment were compared and analyzed. Results The retention force and chewing efficiency were improved significantly after the application of the magnetic attachment（P 〈0.05）. At the same time, there were high incidence rates of denture fracture, gingival inflammation. Conclusion Magnetic attachment has an extremely important clinical value in complete denture.
