贵阳市无公害猪肉重金属抽检情况调查

摘　　要：本文对贵阳市7个区县市已经通过无公害农产品认证的14家生猪养殖企业进行监督抽样,并对猪肉中的铅及总砷含量进行检测,结果显示14个样品均合格,符合无公害猪肉中重金属含量的要求。This paper illustrates the supervision and sampling of the 14 pig-breeding companies in 7 regions, cities and counties of Guiyang, which have passed the authentication of the chemical-free agricultural products and the detection of lead and arsenic content. The result is that the 14 samples are qualified and the heavy metal content in meat matched the ＂No Public Harm Food＂ .
