中药化瘀排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析中药化瘀排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将2013年2月-2015年3月期间我院162例泌尿系结石患者随机分为两组,每组81例。排石冲剂组患者服用排石冲剂治疗,化瘀排石汤组采用中药化瘀排石汤治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:化瘀排石汤组患者的治疗总有效率为96.3%,明显高于排石冲剂组的85.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药化瘀排石汤治疗泌尿系结石具有良好的临床疗效,应在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the Huayu Paishi decoction on urinary stones. Methods： 162 patients with urinary calculi were randomly divided into two groups, 81 cases in each. Two groups were given the Paishi granules and the Huayu Paishi decoction respectively. Results： The Huayu Paishi decoction group gain 96.3% for the total efficiency, significantly higher than 85.2%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huayu Paishi decoction on urinary stones will get good clinical efficacy, should be popularized and promoted in clinical treatment.
