摘 要:针对摆线钢球行星传动利用钢球系进行受力分析及对加和项的不精确求解给弹性转角求解带来的误差,提出利用啮合副刚度系数及Matlab数值分析软件精确求解弹性转角,并阐释动态转角的变化规律。建立受力分析模型及数学模型,求得弹性转角参数表达式,提出扭转刚度这一概念,通过扭转刚度反应动态转角变化本质,在一周期内对扭转刚度进行傅里叶级数展开,分析不同参数对扭转刚度的影响,并进行仿真。研究结果表明:短幅系数、滚圆半径、钢球数及钢球半径值增加,扭转刚度系数及其变化幅值均变大,其中钢球数对旋转刚度系数影响最大。Aiming at the error caused by the forcing analysis on the cycloid ball planetary transmission through the ball system and solving sum term inaccuracy to the elastic rotation angle,an exact solution of elastic rotation angle is presented by using the meshing stiffness coefficient and the numerical analysis software,and the changing law of dynamic rotation angle is explained. The model of force analysis and mathematical model are established,the expression of elastic rotation angle parameter is obtained. The concept of torsional stiffness is presented,and through the change of torsional stiffness,the changing nature of the dynamic rotation angle is reflected. The Fourier series expansion of the torsional stiffness in a period is carried out,the influence of different parameters on torsion stiffness is analyzed,and the simulation experiments are carried out. The results show that with the increasing of the short amplitude coefficient,rolling circle radius,number of steel balls and the ball radius values,the torsional stiffness coefficient and amplitude becomes larger,the influence of the number of steel balls on the rotational stiffness coefficient is the greatest.
