摘 要:为了解某型号汽车变速器壳体结构动态特性问题,以该型号汽车变速器壳体为研究对象,采用机械结构有限元分析技术与试验模态分析技术相结合的研究方法,对变速器壳体展开结构模态仿真分析与试验模态分析,提取了该变速器壳体动态参数,仿真与试验结果对比:前6阶模态振型变化趋势具有一定相似程度,与之对应模态频率相对误差均在8%以内,有效地验证了壳体模态仿真分析结果的可靠性,同时,有效地反映了汽车变速器壳体结构动态特性,为进一步汽车变速器壳体结构动态优化奠定基础。To understand the structure dynamic characteristic problem of a certain type auto transmission housing,taking the type auto transmission housing as the research object,the modal simulation analysis and the experimental modal analysis are respectively carried out on the transmission housing by using the research method combining the technologies of mechanical structure finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis.The dynamic parameters of the transmission housing are extracted,the results of simulation and experiment are compared,it shows the change trend of first six order modal vibration mode have a certain similarity degree,with the relative errors of the same modal frequency are within 8%,it is effectively verified that the results of the structure modal simulation analysis on the transmission housing structure is the reliability. At the same time,the simulation and experiment results can effectively reflect the dynamic characteristics of the transmission housing,a foundation for auto transmission housing structure dynamic optimization is laid.
