摘 要:现阶段,青少年动作协调能力测试方法效度论证往往源自设计者的理论分析,对其实证效度不清楚。这已成为此类测试方法的一个共性问题,严重阻碍了其发展及应用。基于基础研究领域中前沿的UCM运动协调理论与方法,以往返横跨测试方法为例,以两侧下肢肌肉活动间协调指数作为效标,通过实验检测了该测试中此效标水平及其与测试成绩间关联度,并且,观察了设置跨高条件后它们的变化。研究结果显示:1)高与低跨往返横跨测试中,两侧肢体肌肉活动间协调系数整体表现分别为0.65与0.58,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);2)高与低跨往返横跨测试中两侧肢体肌肉活动间协调系数整体表现分别与测试成绩具有高度负相关(r=-0.80,P<0.05;r=-0.71,P<0.05),前者明显较高。研究认为:UCM理论与方法能较好地被应用至对两侧肢体间动作协调能力测试方法实证效度的检验中。在基于此对往返横跨测试的检验中,该测试展现了对两侧肢体间动作协调能力较高的反映程度及区分度,在增设跨高条件后其这两方面表现更佳。今后,该理论与方法在各种各类动作协调能力测试方法的甄选、改进以及创新中具有广宽应用空间。The validity of current inter-limb coordination ability tests are showed through qualitative analysis from the designer,however,the empirical validity of them are unknown.It has become a common problem of this kind method,which has a serious impediment to its development and application.Based on UCM coordination theory and method,taking traversal striding repeatedly test(TSRT)as an example,the study takes the index of synergy between inter lower limb muscles as a criterion to observe the level of this index in TSRT,and its correlation with the test performance,furthermore,to observe whether these two aspects of test could be improved after setting cross task.The results show that 1)the index of synergy between inter lower limb muscles of high and low cross TSRT are 0.65 and 0.58 respectively,and has significant diffrence.2)the index of synergy between inter lower limb muscles of high and low cross TSRT all have highly negative correlation with the test result(r=-0.80,P〈0.05;r=-0.71,P〈0.05),the former is significantly higher.The conclusion is that the UCM theory and method can be preferably applied to validate inter-limb coordination ability tests,by which the TSRT shows an good reflection and discrimination of inter-limb coordination ability,which could be much better when settings cross task in this test.In the future,this theory and method will has a wide space of application on selection,improvement and innovation of interlimb coordination ability tests.
