摘　　要：为了提高实验室的开放水平、管理的精细化水平和有效利用实验室空间、设备以及支持的能源、网络等资源,提出了采用微信、微博等学生喜闻乐见且使用方便的网络新媒体来实现学生的实验室签到和使用预约;设计了基于智能能耗传感器等物联网设备对计算机系统、空调系统和其他实验室支持环境的能耗进行采集与优化控制的新型监测和管理方式;基于新媒体和物联网技术的新型智能化、精细化的开放平台实验室管理机制使得实验室的开放管理机制更适应双/多校区的教学及科研活动管理,并且实现资源高效利用和节能减排。In order to service students more open and friendly,and improve the level of lab management,this paper proposes a new mechanism to improve the utilization of lab space,devices and network resources. We use We Chat and Micro Blog to make resource reservation and user check-in. We design new systems to collect usage information of computer system,air conditioner,and other supporting systems. The mechanism and management systems will provide in-time information to lab staff and support a more flexible and dual-campus environment and save lot of energy and make our campus a green campus.
