独立学院实验设备维修管理现状及发展对策

摘　　要：高校仪器设备是教学和科研工作的物质基础。随着使用时间的推移,设备性能会下降,维修量也会越来越大,做好仪器设备的维修工作、保持实验仪器的完好率是保证教学和科研顺利进行的必要条件。通过对独立学院实验仪器设备维修管理现状进行分析,指出不足并从制定专门的管理办法、成立院内维修小组、加强实验技术队伍综合素养、建立仪器设备报修管理系统等方面提出建设性对策,对改善独立学院实验仪器设备维修管理现状及发展具有指导作用。Equipment in college is the foundation for teaching and scientific research. As the use of the passage of time,the equipment performance will decline,also will be more and more large amount of maintenance,a good equipment repair work and keeping the experiment intact rate are the necessary to ensure the teaching and the scientific research carried out smoothly. By means of analyzing the present situation and problems of independent college experimental instruments and equipment maintenance management,points out that insufficient and formulate specific measures for the administration,set up the maintenance team,strengthening the comprehensive quality of the experimental technical team,set up equipment repair service management system,puts forward constructive countermeasures to improve the experimental instruments and equipment maintenance management present situation and development of independent college has a guiding function.
