注重创新人才培养的综合性大学实验室建设

摘　　要：建设创新型国家需要大量的创新型人才,而高等学校的实验教学以它的教学方法多样、操作灵活、过程透明、效果直观等优势在培养创新型人才方面显现出特有的作用。尤其是地方综合性大学直接担负着为地方经济建设培养人才的重任,更应加强实验室建设与管理,构建创新教育与实践的教学新体系,建立高校实验室建设与创新人才培养紧密联系的新模式,为创新人才培养创造条件。The establishment of an innovative country requires a huge number of innovative talents. In colleges and universities,experimental teaching with advantages of multidimensional teaching methods,flexible operations,transparent process and direct observations plays a unique role in cultivating innovative talents. Especially at local universities where transmit talents contributes to local economic development directly,the construction and management of laboratory should be strengthened. To build the optimal environment for innovative talents,it requires a new model of laboratory construction as well as the system of innovative education and practice.
