摘　　要：在开放式实验室的安全准入制度基础上,加入对实验设备仪器的标准化操作培训考核,解决安全准入制度只重视实验室安全问题。将实验设备使用规范、基本操作技巧、实验步骤中的难点、重点让实验人员提前熟悉,有效地避免因人为因素导致的实验室安全、设备损坏、实验数据异常、实验结果偏差等问题,提出了开放式实验室实验考核准入制度。On the basis of open laboratory security access system,add to the assessment standardization of laboratory equipment instrument operation training,solve the problem of security access system only attaches importance to laboratory safety,the use of experimental equipment,basic operation skills,experimental steps emphasis and difficulty,let the researchers familiar in advance,which effectively avoid lab safety and equipment damage caused by human factors,such problems as abnormal experimental data,the results deviation,puts forward the system of admittance of open laboratory experiment examination.
