摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据时代已经来临并影响人们的工作、生活和学习等方面。大数据时代,高校思想政治教育能够拥有海量的大学生思想数据,了解大学生的思想动态并预测其发展趋势,但也面临数据真实性、数据技术性以及大学生隐私安全性挑战。当前,高校思想政治教育应该主动树立大数据思维,建设大数据人才队伍,完善相关法律法规,建立多方协作的思想政治教育长效机制。With the rapid development of information technology, the Age of Big Data has arrived and affected people＇s work, life and study. In the Age of Big Data, the ideological and political education in universities can have massive ideological data for college students, which can be used to understand their ideological situation and to predict the development trend, but it is also faced with challenges in the authenticity, technology of data and the privacy secu- rity of college students. Currently, it is necessary to take the initiative to establish a big-data thinking, build a team of big data, improve the relevant laws and regulations and establish a long-term mechanism of multi-party cooperation in ideological and political education.
