摘　　要：严复是近代著名的资产阶级思想启蒙家。他首倡新民德,呼吁道德重建,对关系国家存亡的诸如国民恤私、缺乏公心,知识分子的旁观时局、趋荣利,官员的不学无术、私心未静,为人父母者不知教养子女等道德失范现象进行了强烈谴责和积极匡正,并进一步对道德重建的途径做了深层次的思考。严复对道德重建的探索对当今社会道德建设具有重要的意义。Yan Fu is a famous enlightenment thinker of modern bourgeois ideology. He initiated new morality, called for moral reconstruction, strongly condemned and actively rectified such moral anomie phenomena related to the survival of the nation as selfishness, lack of public spirit, vanity intellectuals indifferent to justice, ignorant and selfish officials and parents without responsibility for educating their children, and further reflected on the path to moral re- construction. His exploration is of great significance to the moral construction of today＇s society.
