摘  要:目的:探索情景体验式教学结合以问题为导向(PBL)教学模式在骨科临床教学中的可行性,以提高骨科临床带教的质量。方法:135名骨科本科实习生随机分为观察组(n=64)和对照组(n=71)。观察组实习生采用情景体验式教学结合PBL教学法;对照组实习生采用传统教学方法。采用问卷调查和考核的方式比较两组实习生的教学效果。结果:观察组实习生对教学方法满意度、对教师满意度、课堂愉悦程度、对知识理解掌握程度中得优人数构成比,骨科理论考试、技能操作、专科体检、病例分析考核得分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景体验式教学结合PBL教学模式能激发实习生的主动学习兴趣,提高实习生的综合素质及骨科临床带教质量。OBJECTIVE:To explore the feasibility and significance of scenario-experiential teaching combined with problembased learning(PBL)in orthopedic clinical internship to improve the quality of orthopedic clinical internship. METHODS:135 orthopedics undergraduate trainees were randomly divided into observation group(n=64) and control group(n=71). Observationgroup was trained byscenario-experiential combined with PBL,while the control group was educated by the conventional method.The teaching effect were compared by questionnaire and assessment between the 2 groups. RESULTS:The students in the observationgroup got significantly higher examination scores in satisfaction of teaching methods and teachers,pleasure degree in classroom,mastery of knowledge comprehension,orthopedics theory test,practical operation,specialist examination and case analysis than those incontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The new teaching pattern can arouse students' initiative interesting,improve students' comprehensive ability and the quality of orthopedic internship.
