摘　　要：在社会经济发展"新常态"的背景下,文章提出了"高校图书馆信息资源配置新常态"的理念,并对其进行内涵与特征的研究,进而提出了保障高校图书馆信息资源优化配置新常态顺利实现的策略。In the background of the ＂new normal ＂ of socio - economic development, this paper puts forward the concept of the ＂new normal ＂ of information resources allocation in universities libraries, makes research on the connotation and characteristics of the con- cept and then puts forward the strategies to protect the ＂new normal ＂ of information resources optimum allocation in universities librar- ies to be successfully implemented. 16 refs.
