摘　　要：王夫之的公正思想通过礼用实现了贯通,公正通过过程展现,通过动态展现,礼用通过天理和人情以实现公正,礼用是对大义本质的落实,通过礼用达到本质大义,君与民、上与下通过礼用达到人际关系和睦,修正制度纲纪通过礼用达到良好政治伦理和社会伦理。王夫之"礼"范畴是规范体系向贯通体系的超越,公正价值原则通过礼用的贯通得到实现。Wang Fuzhi＇s thoughts on fairness were integrated by the practice of rites. Fairness is manifested dynamically in the practice of rites. The practice of rites integrates the heavenly principles and human feelings and achieves the essence of righteousness. Through the practice of rites,the monarch and the subjects,the superiors and the subordinates achieved harmonious relationships,and good political and social ethics were established by revising regulations and institutions. Wang Fuzhi＇s idea of rites transcends the normative system. The principle of fairness is realized by the practice of rites.
