武连仲教授针刺治疗癔症性抽搐1例体会

摘　　要：癔症临床表现多样,常伴发感觉障碍、运动障碍以及意识改变状态、精神症状和自主神经功能障碍。该病多由七情过用、痰火郁结引起,关键病机为心窍被蒙、窍闭神迷、神志逆乱。武连仲教授从医数十载,精通多种特色针刺手法,临床经验丰富。武老认为辨证论治癔症的重点在于明确标本,开窍醒神。总结其治疗癔症性抽搐、扭转痉挛的临证经验,以飨同仁。Professor Wu Lianzhong decades,has a variety of special acupuncture technique,rich clinical experience and original ideas of various diseases,and for the special treatment of five heart hole,used in the treatment of incurable diseases we see efficacy.Hysteria clinical manifestations varied,often have sensory abnormalities,movement disorders,and consciousness change state,mental symptoms and autonomic nerve dysfunction.Etiology is much by seven emotions with ease and phlegm fire is given priority to,pathogenesis lies in a constant blindfolded,mind inverse chaos.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of wu old think hysteria is focused on clear specimens,begin to understand god.Now is the experience for the treatment of tic,torsion spasm hysteria is introduced as follows.
