摘 要:东深供水沙湾隧洞已安全运行10余年,沙荷西路大望山公路隧道欲从其上方穿过,交叉段最小净距仅21.5 m,公路隧道开挖可能会对下方供水隧道的稳定性产生一定的影响。在分析供水隧洞初始状态的基础上,对上穿隧道开挖对供水隧洞的稳定性进行了数值模拟,得出供水隧洞围岩拉应力和压应力小幅增大,而供水隧洞衬砌应力呈现明显的增大趋势,最大拉应力由0.26 MPa增大到最大2.50 MPa,最大压应力由0.59 MPa增大到最大1.74 MPa,表明上穿隧道的开挖对供水隧洞衬砌产生了较大的附加应力,需采用特定的开挖工艺和加固措施,防止上穿隧道开挖引起供水隧洞的破坏。Shawan water supply tunnel has working safely for more than 10 years in DongjiangShenzhen Water Project. The highway tunnel in Dawang Mountain on Shahe west road will cross over it. The minimum clear distance of the tunnel intersection is only 21. 5 meters,which the tunnel excavation has a certain effect on the stability of the water supply tunnel. Based on the analysis of the initial state of the water supply tunnel,the stability of the water supply tunnel is studied by numerical simulation. The tensile stress and compressive stress of surrounding rock of the water supply tunnel are increased slightly,but the stress of the water supply tunnel lining shows an obviously increasing trend. The maximum tensile stress increases from 0. 26 MPa to the maximum 2. 50 MPa,the maximum compressive stress increases from 0. 59 MPa to the maximum 1. 74 MPa,which shows that the upper crossing tunnel excavation has a additional stress on the lining of the water supply tunnel. To prevent the damage of the water supply tunnel which caused by the upper crossing tunnel excavation,some specific excavation process and reinforcement measures are required.
