企业家社会资本对组织动态能力的作用路径研究——基于自主创新水平的中介效应分析

摘　　要：笔者从异质性、规模和强度等三个层面对企业家社会资本进行测度,探讨其对组织动态能力的作用路径,考察自主创新水平对该作用过程的影响,并运用企业问卷调查数据进行实证检验。研究发现:商业社会资本与技术社会资本正向影响组织动态能力,制度社会资本的强度正向影响组织市场动态能力,其异质性、规模和强度对技术动态能力均无显著影响,自主创新水平对上述作用路径具有中介效应。The paper measures entrepreneurs＇ social capital from heterogeneity,size and strength,discusses its influence on enterprise＇s dynamic capability,and further researches the regulation of independent innovation level to the process by using questionnaire survey data of enterprises. The results show that： business social capital and technology social capital all have significantly positive influence on enterprise＇s dynamic capability; the strength of system social capital has significantly positive influence on market dynamic capability,but has no positive influence on technology dynamic capability; the independent innovation level regulates the mechanism of above influences in certain aspects.
