摘　　要：分析了未婚流动青少年性与生殖健康的主要风险,梳理了其在"需求唤醒"、"服务利用"和"服务评价"三个阶段服务利用的支持性环境的作用,提出从生命历程的视角分阶段确立支持性环境的优先干预领域的健康促进设计路径。This paper analyzed the main risks of unmarried migrant youths＇ sexual and reproductive health; and the role of the supportive environment in the three- stage- service utilization of＂demand wake up＂,＂service utilization＂and＂service evaluation＂. It also discussed path design of health promotion in the field of priority intervention in the perspective of life course.
