摘  要:建立了反相液相色谱一串联质谱法同时测定饲料中几种霉菌毒素的方法。可用于饲料中黄曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素、T2毒素的同时测定。饲料样品经过乙腈水混合溶液提取,多功能净化柱净化,用LC—MS/MS测定,采用多反应监测正离子模式扫描,内标法定量。实验表明,黄曲霉毒素和T2毒素溶液浓度在0.5Pg/L至50μg/L之间有较好的线性关系,呕吐毒素溶液浓度在25ug/L至2500μg/L之间有较好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)〉0.995,黄曲霉毒素和T2毒素的检出限为0.5Hg/kg,呕吐毒素的检出限为5pgag。该方法的回收率在69%~120%、相对标准偏差〈15%。该方法的灵敏度较高,且简便、快速,能够很好的满足饲料中几种重要霉菌毒素的检测需要。A LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of Aflatoxin, Deoxynivalenol and T-2 in feed has been developed. The feed samples were extracted by acetonitrile water solution, and purified by Multifunctional purification column. Then samples were measured by LC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) model. The technique allowes the determination of aflatoxin and T-2 in the concentration range from 0.5μg/L to 50μg/L, and deoxynivalenol from 25μg/L to 2500μg/L.The linearity (R2) of the method is higher than 0.995. The LODs of aflatoxins and T-2 were 0.5μg/kg, the LOD of deoxynivalenol is 5μg/kg. The recoveries of all the mycotoxins are from 69% to 120%, and relative standard deviations is less than 15%.
