摘　　要：就业率是衡量一个学校实际办学水平的重要指标。在当前计算机专业就业市场供过于求的形势下,提升高职高专院校毕业生的就业率就成了各院校首要解决的问题。文章从提升就业竞争力的内涵入手,阐述了新形势下高职高专院校学生就业困难的原因所在,并进一步探讨了如何通过威客实践教学模式进行教学改革来应对当前高职高专院校学生就业困难的对策,以求有助于提升高职高专院校学生的就业竞争力。employment rate is an important index for evaluating the practical school - running lev- el of colleges. Under the current tendency of supply exceeding demand in computer major job market, how to promote the employment rate in higher vocational college graduates comes to he the top problems for solving. This paper, proceeding with discussing the connotation of promoting employment competence, explores the factors impacting employment difficulties under the new tendency and how to counter the problems of employment difficulties in the current higher vocational colleges through the teaching reforms under witkey practice teaching model for the purpose of promoting the employment competence of higher vocational colleges.
