摘　　要：通过对10年石化类职业技能大赛探索与实践的总结,结合对石化类职业院校的专业建设调研,文章阐明职业技能大赛引导着职业教育改革和发展的目标和方向,引领石化类专业的建设、教学的改革。through summarizing the exploration and practice of ten years of petroleum and chemi- cal vocational skill competition and connecting with researches on specialty construction of petroleum and chemical vocational colleges, the paper points out that the vocational skill competition guides the targets and directions of the vocational education reform and development, and leads the construction of petrole- um and chemical specialty and teaching reform.
