摘 要:目前国内对于超大型抓斗挖泥船的产业化开发程度较低,技术理论研究也较为有限。这类船型通常布置有定位桩与大型抓斗机,与自升式平台不同,作业时船体仍半浮于水中,承受恶劣海况下的波流载荷作用,作业载荷比较复杂。通过对该类船型作业方式及工作环境进行分析研究,推导并建立超大型抓斗船在较为恶劣海况下进行半抬船作业时的载荷计算模型;随后以1艘200 m2超大型抓斗挖泥船三舱段结构为例,对其结构强度进行评估,探讨其在作业工况下的最危险状态,并对抓斗船固桩区结构作优化。研究结果为该类超大型桩定位式挖泥船结构强度评估提供参考。Currently,the level of industrialization and development of ultra large grab dredger is a little bit low interiorly,and theoretical research technology is also more limited. This type of ship normally arranged with the spud and grab machine works under wave loading to be different from jack-up platform,which makes its loading very complicated in its operating condition. Through the analysis of the operation mode and working environment,deduce and build the load calculation model while the ship is on the operation with lifting the ship. Then with an example of a 200 square ultra grab dredger,firstly have a discussion about its most dangerous state after doing some assessments to its structural strength,and do some structural optimizations for jack house structure. The paper' s result could provide the reference for its structure design.
