摘 要:采用常规的QJ44型双臂直流电桥测试电力系统开关控制设备的接触电阻时,存在测试电流过小,难以回路导体截面积减少的缺陷,同时在导电回路接触电阻测试时,由于受触头之间油膜和氧化层的影响,测量值偏大若干倍,无法真实地反映出接触电阻值。通过研究设计,开发出一种测试电流大且精度高的智能电阻测试仪,该测试仪集测试、人机交互界面、存储、打印于一体,实现了对接触电路的精确测试功能,具有精度高、性能稳定、功能丰富、使用方便等特点。when using conventional QJ 44 double- arm direct current bridge to measure the contact resistance value of switch control equipment of electric system, there are some defects like measured current is too small and circuit conductor section area is reduced. And when conducting contact resistance value in conductive loop, affected by oil film and oxide coating between contacts, the measured value will be several times larger, which cannot reflect the real contact resistance value. An intelligent resist- ance test instrument is developed for measuring large current with high precision through R&D. This instrument combines measurement, HMI, storage and printing as a whole, which realizes precise measurement for contact circuit with the features of high precision, stable performance, rich functions, and easy to use.
