某部基层官兵心理应激与心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：【目的】调查平时状态下基层官兵心理状况,为部队开展心理服务和提高军事训练效率提供依据。【方法】以军人心理应激自评问卷(psychological stress evaluating test,PSET)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)为工具,用SPSS软件统计分析某部158名基层官兵平时状态下心理测试数据。【结果】2.5%的被试存在应激症状,PSET条目4(我对危险的事情保持警觉)在军龄(P<0.001)及文化程度(P<0.05)上存在显著性差异;13.29%的被试SCL-90的结果为阳性,偏执因子在军龄上(P<0.01)存在显著性差异。【结论】在日常战备训练和生活状态下,兵龄较短和大专以上文化程度的基层官兵更容易出现危险警觉方面的应激症状;受测基层官兵的心理问题主要表现在人际敏感、敌对、偏执、抑郁等方面,部队应有针对性的做好相关心理教育、疏导和管理工作。【Objective】To investigate psychological status under ordinary state among grass-roots officers and soldiers and provide a basis for carrying out psychological service and improving military training efficiency.【Methods】A total of 158 grass-roots officers and soldiers were surveyed under ordinary state with PSET and SCL-90, and the acquired data were analyzed via SPSS.【Results】Testees with stress symptoms accounted for 2.5%. There were significant differences in the length of military service（P〈0.001） and the degree of education（P〈0.05） on the 4th item of PSET（I am alert for danger）. The results of SCL-90 were positive in 13.29% testees. There was a significant difference in the length of military service（P〈0.01） on crankiness factor.【Conclusions】Under daily combat-ready training and living state, the grassroots officers and soldiers with shorter military service period and higher education degree were easy to have stress symptoms on alert degree for danger. The mental health problems of testees were mainly as followed： interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, paranoid ideation, depression,etc. So mental eduation, guidance and management should be pertinently carried out in the army.
