摘　　要：高校图书馆工作委员会建设目前存在许多问题。从规范名称、拓展职能、明确任务、精选委员及完善制度5个方面,论述了高校图书馆工作委员会的建设。There are some problems in the construction of university library working committee. This paper discusses the construction of university library working committee from five aspects of normalizing the name, expanding the function,defining the task, selecting the members and improving the system.
