摘　　要：目的为提高脑病科中医住院医师规范化培训的带教水平提供参考。方法总结综合中医院脑病科对中医学、中西医结合及相关专业学生的中医住院医师规范化培训经验。结果与结论加强了中医住院医师作为医务工作者的责任心与临床实践能力。Objective To provide reference for improving the teaching level of standardized training for the resident doctors of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in the encephalopathy. Methods The experience of standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in the encephalopathy, Chinese medicine and Western medicine and related majors was summarized. Results and Conclusion The duty and clinical practice ability of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine were strengthened.
