摘　　要：《中医护理学》是中医学的重要组成部分,强调以人为本的整体观念,注重辨证施护指导下的中医药护理技术的临床应用。规范化的中医护理技术培训是本门课程重点和难点所在。在《中医护理学》实训教学环节,引入"慕课"教学理念,改革传统实训教学模式,以期更有效地提高学生中医特色护理技术的实际操作能力,培养社会需求的中医药综合型护理实用人才。Chinese Medicine Nursing was an important part of traditional Chinese medicine, which emphasized the concept of wholism, and the clinical application of nursing skills under the guidance of syndrome differentiation. It was important and difficult to practice the traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills in standardized mode. In the process of training teaching, MOOC mode would be introduced to reform the traditional teaching model. It would be more effectively to improve the students ＇ ability of nursing skills,and cultivate the practical talents of TCM.
