摘　　要：随着整个社会进入信息时代,科学技术的竞争越来越成为世界的主题之一。科学文化在科技发展的过程中起着重要的作用,科技发展与科学文化之间相互影响。本文认为,科学文化引导科技发展,科技发展推动科学文化,彼此在相互作用和影响中共同推动我国的经济建设和精神文明建设,在经济发展中不能忘记对人的关怀,真正做到"以人为本",这就是本文探讨科技发展与科学文化相互关系的意义之所在。with the whole society entering the information age, the competition of science and technology becomes one of the themes of the world.Science and culture play an important role in the development of science and technology,the development of science and technology and the mutual influence of science and culture.This paper argues that the scientific and cultural development of science and technology,science and technology development to promote scientific and cultural,mutual influence and mutual role in promoting China＇s economic construction and spiritual civilization construction,in economic development can not forget the care of people,truly ＂peopleoriented＂,which is the significance of scientific and technological development and scientific culture.
