广州市某高职院校大学生吸烟及认知影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解高职院校在校大学生吸烟行为和烟草相关认知状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对广州市某高等职业技术院校1 849名在校大学生进行问卷调查,分析其烟草知信行情况。结果大学生烟草相关知识类得分16分(总分23分)。76.42%(1 413/1 849)的学生认为吸烟会导致肺气肿,不吸烟者(77.34%,1 304/1 686)比例高于吸烟者(66.87%,109/163;χ2=76.42,P<0.01);调查对象尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为22.12%(409/1 849)和8.82%(163/1 849);饮酒情况、饮食习惯是男生吸烟行为的影响因素(P<0.05),在校平均月生活费、户籍属性和饮酒情况则是女生吸烟行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高职生烟草相关知识知晓率普遍不高,不吸烟者知晓率高于吸烟者。应针对吸烟行为不同的影响因素采取相应的干预措施,才能取得较好的控烟效果。Objective To investigate tobacco-related practice, knowledge, and analyze related factors among the students in a vocational technical institute. Methods 1849 students from vocational technical institute in Guangzhou were selected and investigated by stratified cluster random sampling. The tobacco-related knowledge, attitudes, practice among the students were analyzed. Results The score of smoke knowledge was 16（aggregate score was 23）. The awareness rate about passive smoking could cause emphysema among the college students was 76.42%（1413/1849）,and the rate of smoker in non-smokers（77.34%,1304/1686）was higher than that in smokers（66.87%,109/163）（ χ2=76.42,P〈0.01）. The prevalence of beginner and current smokers was 22.12%（409/1849）and 8.82%（163/1849）. The influencing factors in male students included alcohol intake, dietary habits,（P〈0.05）.For female college students, the factors comprised of living expenses per mouth in school,registered permanent residence and alcohol intake（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The awareness of tobacco-related knowledge is not high generally among the vocational technical institute students, but the awareness is significantly higher in non-smokers than that of smokers. The intervention measures for the influencing factors related to smoking behaviors should be implemented to control smoking.
