膝骨性关节炎中医体质类型与IGF-1表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎(KOA)中医体质类型与胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达量的相关性,为中医药防治KOA提供新的思路和方法。方法:随机对161例确诊为KOA的患者进行中医体质类型问卷调查,签署知情同意书,按中医体质类型分为9组作为观察组;随机选取50例非血缘关系健康志愿者为对照组。采集观察组与对照组血清样本,用ELISA法测定样本中IGF-1的水平,采用SPSS 17.0软件统计分析。结果:在9种中医体质类型中,阳虚质KOA患者中IGF-1的表达水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特禀质与血瘀质均为0例,其他6种体质中IGF-1的表达水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IGF-1的表达水平降低与阳虚质KOA的发病具有相关性,TGF-β1表达异常可能是阳虚质易发KOA的分子生物学机制之一。Objective： To provide new thinking and methods of TCM in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA） by exploring the relativity between insulin growth factor-1（IGF-1） expressions and TCM constitution types of knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods： All 161 patients proved with KOA were investigated by the questionnaires of TCM constitution types, they signed informed consent, they were allocated to nine groups according to TCM constitution types; 50 healthy volunteers were randomly chosen as the control group. The samples of serum in the cases group and the control group were collected, the level of IGF-1 in the samples were detected and analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software statistically. Results： Among nine sorts of TCM constitution types, KOA patients with Yang-deficiency constitution were lower than the ones in the control group notably in the expressions of IGF-1,and the difference presented statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. There was no case of specific constitution and blood stagnation type, the difference had no statistical meaning（P〈0.05） when IGF-1 expressions of six different constitutions were compared with the expressions of the control group. Conclusion： Low expressions of IGF-1 are related to the incidence of KOA patients with Yang-deficiency type, abnormal expressions of TGF-β1 might be one of molecular biological mechanisms of the patients of Yang-deficiency type vulnerable to KOA.
