中西医结合疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学和神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学和神经功能的影响。方法:将87例患者随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(44例)。2组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组同时加用中药熏洗、中药内服、针灸、按摩等综合疗法,2组均连续治疗3个月。结果:治疗后2组各项血液流变学指标均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后14、21、28天,2组患者的NIHSS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);在治疗后相同时点,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组总有效率分别为90.91%和72.09%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中患者临床疗效显著,有助于改善患者血液流变学指标及神经功能。Objective： To observe the effects of integrative medicine therapy on blood rheology and nerve functions of the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods： All 87 patients were randomly divided into the control group（43 cases） and the observation group（44 cases）. Both groups received routine treatment of western medicine, the observation group accepted comprehensive therapy such as herbal fumigation, oral administration of herbs, acupuncture, massage and others, both groups were treated for three consecutive months. Results： After treating, the indexes of blood rheology of both groups were lower than these before treating obviously in both groups（P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. At the 14 th,21st and 28 th day after treating, NIHSS scales of both groups were lower compared with these before treating significantly（P〈0.05）; the observation group was lower than the control group notably at the same time after treating（P〈0.05）. Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.91% and 72.09% respectively, the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative medicine therapy is effective in treating the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke, and it could improve the indexes of blood rheology and nerve functions.
