高校共青团组织加强培养青年人才的思考

摘　　要：少年强则国家强,青年人才是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要保证。高校是培养青年人才的摇篮和聚集地。高校共青团要做好新常态下团的工作,把为党育人摆在首位,贯彻始终。充分发挥共青团组织优势,通过精心部署,统筹推进青年人才工作;加强人才培训,提高队伍整体素质;加强共青团教育基地建设,搭建青年成长成才平台;加强法治教育和维权工作,依法维护青年合法权益;深化团的品牌活动,发挥项目引领和实践育人作用等途径培养青年人才。Strong young generations make a country powerful. Talented young people ensure the great national rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream. Colleges and universities are the cradles and gathering places for training young personnel. The CYL（Communist Youth League） must do a good job in the new normal state, and always give priority to cultivating personnel for the Party. It is essential to train young personnel through the following approaches： giving full play to the advantages of organizations, and promoting the work of young talents through careful planning with co-ordination; strengthening personnel training to improve the overall qualities of all staff; reinforcing the construction of CYL education base, and building platforms for the improvement and development of young people; enhancing their education regarding the rule of law and the work of rights protection, and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with laws; developing CYL brand activities; playing the leading role of projects and educating students through practice, etc.
