现代学徒制下人才培养模式的改革探究——基于江苏开放大学与江苏永达电力的合作为样本

摘　　要：目前国内高职院校在校企合作过程中出现了企业参与热度不高、校企合作平台搭建不够完整和政策支持力度、深度不够等问题。江苏开放大学(南通校区)与江苏永达电力进行订单培养式的深度合作,对高职院校"现代学徒制"人才培养方案进行了改革。基于校企深度合作的现代学徒制的人才培养方案的校本开发,逐步形成了人才培养的实施方案、专业课程体系的构建,为现代学徒制的校本开展提供理论依据。This paper summarizes the problems in the university-enterprise cooperation, such as company＇s low passion to involve in it, cooperation platform is not perfect, policy support is not enough and the depth of the cooperation is not enough. Taking Jiangsu Open University and Jiangsu Yongda Power Company＇s cooperation as an example, this paper describes the reform of ＂Modern apprenticeship＂ professional cultivating model. Based on it, the talent training scheme is gradually formal and the construction of curriculum is built, providing the theoretical basis for the other colleges.
