摘　　要：新常态下社会经济增速放缓、产业结构转型,使企业对高职高专生需求明显降低。本文通过对影响高职高专大学生就业问题现状的分析,有针对性地提出了进一步加强和改进高职高专大学生就业工作的对策,以提高学生就业竞争力,促进高职高专大学生的健康就业。Social economy has grown slowly and industrial structure has transformed, which makes enterprises reduce demand for higher vocational students under the new normal. Through the analysis of the current situation of the employment of college students in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the employment of college students, in order to improve the students＇ employment competitiveness, and promote the quality of employment of students in higher vocational colleges.
