上消化道出血117例临床分析

摘　　要：[背景]分析上消化道出血的病因.[病例报告]回顾性分析2013年1月—2014年12月间急诊内科收治的117例上消化道出血患者的临床资料.上消化道出血病因中消化性溃疡54例(46.2%),急性胃黏膜损害29例(24.8%),食管静脉曲张14例(12.0%),肝硬化9例(7.7%),胃癌7例(6.0%),其他4例(3.4%);老年上消化道出血原因以胃溃疡多见,而中青年以食管胃底静脉曲张和幽门螺杆菌感染多见.[讨论]急性上消化道出血的主要病因为消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜损害、食管静脉曲张等,积极找出病因,给予合理治疗可提高抢救成功率.BACKGROUNDTo analyze the cause of emergent upper gastrointestinal bleeding（UGIB）.CASE REPORTS Clinical data of 117 patients with UGIB admitted to emergency medicine were retrospectively analyzed from Jan,2013 to Dec,2014.There were 54cases（46.2%）of peptic ulcer,29（24.8%）of acute gastric mucosal damage,14（12.0%）of esophageal varices,9（7.7%）of liver cirrhosis,7（6.0%）of gastric carcinoma and 4（3.4%）of other diseases in the causes of UGIB,and the main cause of UGIB in senile patients was gastric ulcer,and one in youth and middle-aged was esophageal and gastric varices and H.pylori infection.DISCUSSION The main cause of acute UGIB is peptic ulcer,acute gastric mucosal damage and esophageal varices,and is actively found out in the emergency treatment of acute UGIB in order to make proper treatment to improve the success rate of rescue.Can improve the success rate of rescue.
