86例腮腺良性肿瘤术中保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支的临床意义

摘　　要：[背景]探讨腮腺良性肿瘤手术中保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支的临床意义.[病例报告]选择接受手术治疗的成年腮腺良性肿瘤患者86例,手术中均保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支,检查术前及术后1,3,6,12个月时的耳垂及耳后部分感觉情况.术后患者出现暂时性的耳垂及耳后区麻木,l^4个月后基本恢复正常,无1例发生耳垂及耳后区皮肤长期麻木.[讨论]腮腺良性肿瘤手术中保留耳大神经耳后、耳垂支可降低手术并发症,提高患者生活质量.BACKGROUNDTo study the clinical significance of preserving the post aurem and auricular lobule branches of the great auricular nerve in parotidectomy.CASE REPORTS86 cases of parotid benign tumor were underwent by regular parotidectomy,and the post aurem and auricular lobule branches of the great auricular nerve were reserved in operation.The sense of the earlobe and post aurem area was examined at 1,3,6and 12 months after operation.Temporary numbness was observed in auricular region after operation,and recovered 1-4months later.No long-term numbness in auricular region was found.DISCUSSIONPreservation of the post aurem and auricular lobule branches of the great auricular nerve in parotidectomy can reduce operative complications and improves patient＇s quality of life.
