中药药师应走进临床

摘　　要：目的:通过对中药临床实际应用情况进行分析,以发现中药临床应用中存在的问题,提高中药在临床治疗中的安全性、有效性、经济性.方法:对中药临床用药情况和不良反应发生情况进行分析.结果:发现目前中药,特别是中成药在临床应用广泛,多数处方来自西医医师,而不良反应也多数来自西医医师.结论:中药的应用应遵循中医理论,中药药师应尽快走进临床.Object： Through analysis of actual application in clinical medicine,identify existing problems in clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） and improve the TCM in clinical treatment of safety,effectiveness and economy. Methods： Clinical drug use and adverse events of TCM were analyzed. Results： Found that the TCM,especially Chinese Patent Medicines,was used widespread in clinic,both prescription and adverse reactions was most from western medicine physician. Conclusion： Applications of TCM should follow the theory of TCM,pharmacists of TCM should enter clinic as soon as possible.
