蒙脱石散联合碘仿治疗干槽症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙脱石散碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症的临床效果。方法 :在彻底清洗干槽症牙槽窝的基础上,研究组治疗方法采用蒙脱石散碘仿糊剂纱条填塞牙槽窝,对照组采用碘仿糊剂纱条填塞,术后常规均给予口服抗生素。分别观察比较2组术后2 d疼痛状况以及第7天创面肉芽组织在牙槽窝内的覆盖情况。结果:在疼痛状况比较中,研究组显效率78%,对照组52%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在创口愈合情况比较中,研究组牙槽窝内骨壁肉芽组织完全覆盖率为56%,对照组牙槽窝内骨壁肉芽组织完全覆盖率35%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症,在疼痛控制及创口愈合效果,均优于单纯使用碘仿糊剂。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder and iodoform in the treatment of dry socket. Methods： On the basis of thoroughly cleaning of dry socket（108 cases）, montmorillonite powder and iodoform paste slivers were plugged into tooth socket in the experiment group（54 cases）, while iodoform paste slivers alone in the control group（54 cases）. All patients were routinely given oral antibiotics after operation. The painful conditions 2 days after operation and coverage of granulation tissue in teeth socket on the 7thday after operation, were observed between the two groups. Results： On the relief of dry socket pain, 78% revealed in cases of experiment group and 52% in the control group, and showed a significant difference（P〈0.01）. In term of wound healing, the total coverage rate of granulation tissue in teeth socket in the experiment group was 56%, while that in the control group was 35%, also showed a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined use of montmorillonite powder and iodoform paste exhibites better effect than the single use of iodoform paste in dry socket management.
