脑梗死急性期淡漠与血尿酸、超敏-C反应蛋白及认知障碍的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死急性期淡漠与超敏-C反应蛋白、血尿酸、认知障碍的相关性。方法急性脑梗死病人208例,应用淡漠量表评估脑卒中后淡漠,由此将病例组分为淡漠组(A组)与非淡漠组(NA组)。对照组为我院体检者208例。应用抑郁自评量表评估卒中后抑郁,应用简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)评估认知功能。静脉血检测超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)等。结果病例组中,A组hs-CRP水平与AS评分呈正相关(B=-0.023,P=0.019),MMSE评分AS评分呈负相关(B=-0.495,P=0.030),UA水平与AS评分呈负相关(B=-0.023,P=0.019)。结论脑梗死急性期淡漠与MMSE评分、hs-CRP水平、UA水平密切相关。Objective To explore the relationship between apathy during the acute stage of stroke and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）,uric acid（ UA） and cognitive impairment. Methods 208 patients with acute cerebral infarction were recruited from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University and 208 volunteers of control group were recruited from medical center during the same period. The Apathy Scale（ AS） was used to assess post stroke apathy（ PSA）. The patients were divided into apathy group（ A group） and nonapathy group（ NA group） according to AS score. Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） was used to assess post stroke depression（ PSD）,and Mini-Mental State Examination（ MMSE） was used to assess cognitive function. The serum levels of hs-CRP and UA of patients were determined. Results Within the A group,the hs-CRP level was positively correlated with the AS score（ B = 0. 741,P = 0. 019）,the MMSE score was negatively correlated with the AS score（ B =- 0. 495,P = 0. 030）,and UA level was negatively correlated with the AS score（ B = 0. 741,P = 0. 019）. Conclusions The serum UA level,hs-CRP level and MMSE score are closely related to apathy during the acute stage of ischemic stroke.
