摘  要:以"巨峰"葡萄为试材,采用低温冷藏加保鲜包装处理对其进行保鲜试验,研究了不同材质包装对"巨峰"葡萄采后品质变化影响。结果表明:预冷后的"巨峰"葡萄,使用不同包装材料进行处理,能有效延缓葡萄品质的下降。贮藏30d后,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫箱包装"巨峰"葡萄,采后品质调控效果明显;葡萄呼吸强度维持在较低水平为3.7CO2mg·kg-1·h-1,葡萄可溶性固形物含量上升8.01%,可滴定酸含量下降7.84%,维生素C含量降低5.32%,果皮硬度维持在13.28~13.73kg/cm2,果肉硬度维持在0.79kg/cm2。B型瓦楞纸箱和内衬0.01mm PE保鲜袋的塑料筐对葡萄采后品质调控效果相近。Using‘Kyoho'grape as material,experiment of grape preservation with cold storage and fresh-keeping packaging by different packing materials was studied.The results showed that after pre-cooling of‘Kyoho'grape,different packaging materials could effectively play a role in delaying the decline of grape quality.After 30 days storage,the regulation effect of postharvest quality packing with polystyrene foam box of‘Kyoho'grape was obvious.Grape respiratory intensity maintained at a low level of 3.7CO2 mg·kg-1·h-1,grape soluble solids content increased by 8.01%,the titratable acid content decreased by 7.84%,vitamin C content decreased by 5.32%,peel hardness maintained between 13.28-13.73kg/cm2,fruit hardness maintained0.79kg/cm2;Using B type corrugated box and lined with plastic bags of 0.01 mm PE plastic bags,the quality control effect was similar.
