阴阳易证治浅析

摘　　要：阴阳易为被传者新得之病,是一个人大病刚好,大邪已去,但是正气没有完全恢复,余邪没有完全消退,这个时候如果行房事,原来有病之人就使没有病之人感染邪气,如阳易,男病传于女,而被传之女本无病,气血阴阳未虚,而被邪毒所染,故应以祛邪为主,以浊引浊。阴易亦如此推理,男患以祛邪为主。但如果此病可以攻陷人体免疫系统,如HIV造成免疫缺陷,则易造成抵抗力低下,也即中医所言之正气虚,确实会有一派元气亏虚、精气不足之象,也就应该以扶正为主。但艾滋病与阴阳易虽有某些相似之处,却并非同一病证。阴阳易治则治法自古以来有不同的见解,有扶正为主、滋阴补肾,有清利而禁温补,有以祛邪为主、以浊引浊。笔者认为阴阳易应当以祛邪为主,以浊引浊,同时,烧裈散如同现代的灭活疫苗,具有通散之功,其治疗具有一定科学性,可供临床参考。＂ Yin-yang transmitted disease＂ is a kind of disease newly contracted by a healthy person. For instance,a patient just recovers from a serious disease,the principle pathogenic factors of whom have been eliminated but the healthy qi haven’ t totally recovered and the remained pathogen hasn’ t been completely faded away. At this time,sexual activity will render the originally healthy person infecting pathogenic factor from the sick person. For yang-transmitted disease,it means male disease transmits to the female who was originally health without qi,blood,yin and yang deficiency,but she gets infected with the pathogenic toxin. The treatment should take pathogen elimination as the principal,and vise versa. However,if this disease attacks the human immune system,such as HIV-induced immune deficiency,low body resistance may thus occur,namely the healthy-qi deficiency in TCM with a series of manifestations of primordial qi deficiency and essence qi deficiency. For this case,healthy-qi strengthening should be taken as the principal. Even though AIDS and yin-yang transmitted disease have some similarities,they are not the same disease and syndrome. For the treatment of yin-yang transmitted disease,some values healthy-qi strengthening,nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney; some values clearing and avoiding warming and tonifying; some values pathogen elimination. From the perspective of this author,pathogen elimination should be taken as the principal and simultaneously ＂ Shaokun Powder＂（ the ashes crotch of woman’s trousers,with the action of dredging and dispersing） like modern inactivated vaccine can be applied. This therapy has some scientificity and can be provided for clinical reference.
