浅谈五体痹与五脏痹

摘　　要：五体痹与五脏痹的发病关系及证候表现体现了五体合五脏的理论思想。在病因病机中强调正虚邪实是疾病发生的关键因素,季节气候也与疾病的发生有关,体现了五季与五脏、五体的相合关系。五体痹不愈,复感外邪,导致五脏痹。一种五体痹可导致多种五脏痹,并且五脏痹之间也相互传变。五体痹预后较好,五脏痹预后较差。The relationship between arthralgia of five constituents and arthralgia of five zangs and their symptoms embody the theory of five zangs controlling five constituents. In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,healthy,evil,deficient and excessive factors are key ones to occurrence of diseases. That the seasonal climate is related to the occurrence of diseases embodies the close relationship between the five seasons and the five zangs and the five constituents. If arthralgia of five constituents is not cured and attacked again by external evils,the arthralgia of five zangs will occur. One kind of arthralgia of five constituents may lead to many kinds of arthralgia of five zangs. What’s more,arthralgia of five constituents can also be passed and transformed. Arthralgia of five constituents has good prognosis,while arthralgia of five zangs has poor prognosis.
