摘　　要：国家奖助学金是目前高等院校覆盖面最广、受益人数最多、影响最深的资助项目,辅导员作为高校学生管理的执行者,国家奖助学金的评定工作是其每年学生工作的重中之重。文章以高校辅导员如何化解国家奖助学金评定中的压力为研究对象,深入分析了辅导员面临的各种压力和挑战,从思想认识到组织实施系统地提出应对策略。The state scholarships are currently of the most extensive coverage in higher learning,and has the largest number of benefits for students. The counselor acts as the manager of college students,whose most important work is assessing the state scholarship. This paper analyzes in depth the pressures and chanllenges the counselor faces,and puts forward some countermeasures systematically.
